Ramstein Enlisted Spouses’ Association Scholarship
For the 2025-2026 school year.
Scholarship funds are available to the following SOFA Status Dependents whose Sponsors reside in the Kaiserslautern Military Community or Baumholder Area until at least 15 May 2025: Graduating High School Seniors, College Bound Spouses, Current College Students.
Active Duty and Retired Service Members are NOT eligible. Child dependents 23 years of age before application deadline are NOT eligible. Applicants whose sponsor and/or applicants who are serving on the RESA Scholarship Committee are NOT eligible.
Scholarship awards are made payable to the financial office of the chosen institution of higher learning. If payment by RESA directly to the accredited institution is not possible, the award is considered invalid and will be forfeited by the awardee.
