Ramstein Enlisted Spouses’ Association Scholarship
For the 2025-2026 school year.
RESA Scholarships are awarded to Graduating High School Seniors and Adult Dependents (including Spouses) on SOFA status who are planning to enroll in, or are enrolled in: a two-year college (resident or online), a four-year college or university (resident or online), a graduate program, or a vocational school in accordance with the rules and regulations established below.
Eligibility for the RESA Scholarship is as follows:
1. Applicant’s Sponsor is assigned to the KMC area.
2. Sponsor of applicant must reside in the KMC area until 1 June 2025.
Non-Eligibility for RESA Scholarship is as follows:
1. Active Duty and Retired Service Members are NOT eligible.
2. Child dependents 23 years of age before application deadline are NOT eligible.
3. Applicant’s sponsor and/or applicant serving on the RESA Scholarship Committee are NOT eligible.
